Does this fit any shower hose? I’m looking to replace a Mira handset with this one - is it compatible?

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your enquiry. All of our hand showers have a 1/2" connection and so as long as the hose has this also the hand shower will fit. I am looking for a very soft flow shower head please, help

Perhaps try a Hansgroh Croma Eco showerhead. It has four settimgs and uses less water than a standard head.

I tried this as a replacement for an old Raindance 100 hand shower. Fits correctly but it leaks at hose - any idea why?

I am looking for maximum water flow. Is this a good shower head for this or does it have a flow restrictor?

Hi I bought this for my Hansgrohe shower which is powered by a combi boiler. I noticed that the hot water kept cutting out and coming back on 30 secs later when the shower was running. Initially I thought it was an issue with the shower unit. However, when I took off the Hansgrohe shower head and turned the shower on so that the water just ran through the hose, there were no issues with the hot water coming through constantly. After a conversation with National Shower Spares, I came to the conclusion that this particular shower head works best with electric showers. Their advice was to use a shower head compatible with the shower unit, which means the same manufacturer and, if possible, one of the original shower heads.
