A senior and well versed technician from Daikin came along with his fellow teammate. The entire process took 3 hours as lot of drilling was required. They had all adequate tools with them. Gave a small demo also. The AC is working well, it has amazing cooling and is very very silent. The remote has many modes , still learning their functions. Main thing is - it has lot of power modes and 5 variable Fan speed settings. This 1.5Split AC is perfect for my big room. The indoor unit looks good. Review: Great AC , cooling is too good !! But Remote is useless - Was skeptical to order online as we don’t buy gadgets online . AC is really good ! No wonder it’s one of the best brand !! Great cooling , not that much sound but it’s there. Installation is not free , we had to pay almost 2000 extra . But remote is big disappointment , it doesn’t match with the AC functionality. Also the AC takes time to start. First it will AC blades will open and then closes. So you have to keep on pressing on / off button to understand if the AC is getting ON or Off … No light in ac although small display area is there on the body of the AC or no light in the remote so in dark u can’t see anything.
