A: viet nam, 100% cotton, seems well made, been wearing the heck out of them, holding up really well

A: The real army hats are fitted and so are this hats. Personally I prefer flexfit so that your hat doesn't get tight as your hair gets longer.

A: High profile. There is enough depth to have it ride just above your ears and eyebrows.
