I got mine delivered, but I didn't have a chance to check it out until approximately 3 1/2 months later. The reason is no indoor range allows me to use my 20ga Shockwave shotgun to try this out. Finally I went to an outdoor range, they let me shoot my Shockwave there. The first 12 to 15 shots, it worked good. Then the darn thing stop working. At first I thought the battery that went dead. Until I saw the laser lens cover laying on the ground. It turned out the laser still works. But without the lense cover, this thing does not project and focus the laser beam on your intended target. That was why I thought it was dead. I wrote to the seller to ask for a free replacement. I'm still waiting for his reply. That was 3 weeks ago.Modify review: I got an email from a gentleman named Robert. H apologized for the long delay due to the number of emails he's got. Robert told me a free replacement laser/flashlight combo was arrainged to send out to me. Today I received another mail from him that the replacement unit shipped. Whether this new unit holds up or not, I do appreciate the excellent customer service from Lasercross Tactical Compact Green Dot Lasser. It fits very nicely and looks good. However, the laser adjustment doesn't seem to hold, which I am okay with because I don't actually use the laser for shooting. I wanted it more for the flashlight which is very bright but did not last long at all. I used to to shoot indoor mid-range where there is not much lighting where I was at. After ~250 rounds, battery died. No biggie since it can be re-charged but that was the end of the SR22 at the range that day because I couldn't see where I was shooting. Had to switch to a .45 to see my holes mid-range. I have had better and worse.
