How bad is it?** A: These bands do not have any smell I can discern. But the resistance shown on the callars do not reflect the true resistance of the band. Whatever is stated on the band take 45 to 50% off. That will be the true resistance. **Q: Can I use these for powerlifting?** A: Elastic bands do come in different strengths of elasticity . But when you are Power lifting you may want to do your home work and see what is the bands or straps pros use.. Even though ths one say 100-Pound resistence.. anything can snap or the handles break off. Wear and Tear is your enemy. Be carefull.. Train Hard and Train Smart. **Q: Does this come with a manual?
