I had one issue with an uneven tray, I reached out to the company, sent them a video of the faulty tray and they sent me a brand new one that seems much better so far. It seems durable and is extremely functional at drying resin/epoxy. For bigger molds that are too high for the cover to shut, you can still use the machine!
