A: No, this item contains wheat.

**Q: What are the ingredients in it? Thanks!**
A: (A magnifying glass is needed), but ingredients are list in this order: water, wheat lour, soybean, salt, caramel, wheat, glucose, monosodium l-glutamate, potassium sorbate as a preservative, disodium 5 ribonucleotide, koji. Hope helpful.

**Q: Should i put it in refrigerator (unopen)?**
A: I routinely keep product once opened in the refrigerator, however if the seal is intact I assume it does not need refrigeration.
