Takes 1x AA battery which are easy to come by (solar powered too) all in all a good quality calculator at a very good price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge!! But needs a battery *by G***L on 27 July 2019* I didn’t read the dimensions of this calculator so I was VERY shocked by the size of it when it arrived!!! (It’s huge!). I’ve grown to love that though as it makes it easy to use quickly Must mention though, although it’s solar powered, when I sit in a dark corner (eg no light directly above) or cover the solar panel, the display turns off!!
