My only constructive comment would be that the envelope they arrived in just came with the other post via Royal Mail, was so plain it looked like it could have been a circular or junk mail, so risk being discarded without being opened, especially as they arrived much more quickly than advised, but this is a minor quibble. They don’t last very long with an active dog and it’s annoying to lose what is a very good quality tag** A: I don’t know but you can always ask. As I said in my review the hole in the tag has been reinforced so it means that there is less pressure on the ring itself. I have a very active young Labrador and he loves to run after tennis balls often retrieving in the undergrowth.
