They fit perfectly and were the ones on the glove compartment side, and the installation was straightforward—anyone can do it. However, note that these come with no programming instructions, so be sure to look up online videos to program them properly. Without programming, they won't function or could fail quickly. So far, they've been working great, and the value is unbeatable. If anything changes, I'll update my review! Review: So far so good! - I got these for my ‘06 Chevy Impala and they are a direct plug and play replacement. I only needed one so I now have a spare for when the next one goes out. There’s two in the box which was why I chose this one. The price was the same as the local places were for just one actuator. So far it works perfect! No more clicking/banging like the old one. I like the look and feel of the new parts. Seems to be of good quality. The driver side is the one I needed to replace. ## Features - Function: HVAC heater blend door actuator controls air temperature and airflow direction within the vehicle cabin, helping regulate hot and cold air from the AC and heater for consistent climate control performance - Compatibility: Fits for Chevy Impala 2004-2013, Impala Limited 2014-2016, Malibu 2004-2008, Corvette 2005-2013, Monte Carlo 2004-2007, Buick LaCrosse/Allure 2005-2009, Cadillac XLR 2004-2009, Pontiac Grand Prix 2004-2008 - Replace Part Number: Replaces 604108, 604-108, 1573517, 1574122, 15844096, 22754988, 52409974, 15-74122. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You just can't beat the price *by R***Y on January 16, 2025* I still can't believe I got both of these for less than 20 bucks. At the car parts store the OEM replacement is $40 or more just for one. They're a pain in the butt to install but there's plenty of videos on YouTube on how to do it. It's nice to have my heat / air conditioner working again. If you want to get rid of that clicking noise in your dashboard then I highly recommend buying these. ## Frequently Bought Together - LCWRGS 2Pcs 604-108 HVAC Heater Blend Door Actuator Compatible with Chevy Impala 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013, Replace OE# 1573517, 1574122, 15844096, 22754988, 52409974 - 604-108 HVAC Heater Blend Door Actuator Replacement for Chevy Impala 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013, Replace OE# 1573517, 1574122, 15844096, 22754988, 52409974 - Remote Key Fob Replacement Fits for Chevy Impala 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 Cadillac DTS Buick Lucerne Chevrolet Monte Carlo Keyless Entry Remote Start Control OUC60270 OUC60221 Set of 1 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.uy/products/548419203-hvac-blend-door-actuator-replacement-for-604-108](https://www.desertcart.uy/products/548419203-hvac-blend-door-actuator-replacement-for-604-108) --- *Product available on Desertcart Uruguay* *Store origin: UY* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
