Easy to build. Not to much trash and easy to unpack. My file cabinet fits under it perfect. I wanted a desk to use in my bedroom that was not super fancy but sturdy. The top does not feel cheap and appears to have a heavy laminate on it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars It suffices *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2018* I like this desk. It serves my purpose pretty well. I wish that the legs/frame were a heavier-gauge material as I feel that this desk is really only fit for light duty applications. It does wiggle a bit when in use. I wonder how long the joints will stay tight without using Loctite/lock-washers on the myriad screws that holds it together. In some ways, I feel that this desk is overpriced. Assembly was fairly simple, although securing the top from underneath required some physically awkward positions. I got the oak top and the surface is quite nice. The height of the assembled unit is pretty good for me and I'm on the tall side. The unit, once assembled, was amazing level, considering that I really didn't make much effort with the feet upon assembly. Overall, I am happy with the unit, but it could have been more or cost a bit less. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars No frills desk but the pakaging? Luxury! *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2018* All I wanted was a plain corner desk and this seemed to fit the bill. I wasn't expecting much given the price but I got a good solid desk that had some minor issues with putting it together that were mainly my fault. (Hint: Be careful not to over tighten the screws.) Normally this would have been a 4 star item for what it is. What pushed it to 5 was the packaging. They didn't just add a few pieces of styrofoam, they had a styrofoam box inside the cardboard box (which was very easy to open I might add). The hardware package included an actual screwdriver, not some glorified allen wrench, a screwdriver (not super high quality but worth keeping to say the least). they also had styrofoam spacing in between the metal legs and the wooden top, not just a thin film of see through foam lining which was also there in between the boards. The screw in feet had blue film covers to protect from scratches. I mean who puts pasties on desk feet? Even the screws were alternating directions for efficient packaging.
