Just attach it to the dashboard with hook/loop tape and let it run.Beware of the Data Logger PC Utility provided for download if you plan to select Imperial rather than Metric to use miles/hour - the current version mistakenly uses Nautical miles which are longer, giving a lower speed. I hope they'll release an update with three options - Metric/Statute/Nautical.PD ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ecellent gadget, jus ttoo bad te software is Windows only *by S***L on 29 June 2009* Several things I like about it:- you can recharge it while plugged on your computer using the inbuild USB cable.- Accuracy is quite good compared to some other devices I have testedSome things I don't like so much:- it sometimes shuts down in the middle of use, and if you don't check on it you may be losing quite a bit of your route- no Mac/Linux software provided- Windows software could be modernized ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Battery not last long.
