Well made and a great addition to the tool box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service! *by M***Y on February 24, 2024* It does work good in tight spaces for pulling the harmonic balancer and did save me from having to remove the radiator. The bad is, first time I used it one of the metal pieces in the kit that you need for puller to function properly bent and is no longer usable. I'm going to reach out to the seller and/or manufacturer and see if they warranty this or can send a replacement piece. It seems to be well made other than the piece bending. If I hear back or get a reply from the seller / manufacturer I'll come back and update the review. UPDATE: I contacted the seller / manufacturer via amazon and got a fast reply, they were quick to follow up and offered me the options of a refund or a replacement. I elected to go with replacement of the puller and it was on my door step in a matter of days.
