Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr scharf. Ich hatte das Gefühl, als ob ich durch ein Stück Butter schneide, als ich damit Fleisch geschnitten habe. Die Klinge ging ohne Mühe glatt durch. So macht kochen wirklich Spaß.

Se trata de un cuchillo rompedor de carne de la marca YOUSUNLONG. Esta marca tiene su propia tienda en la web de Amazon y está completamente llena de cuchillo cada cual mas espectacular. Por lo tanto, estoy realmente convencido de que son especialistas en este tipo de productos. Y se ve en la calidad de este cuchillo capaz de cortar todo lo que se te ponga por en medio. La hoja del cuchillo está hecha de molibdeno de alta calidad y tiene un diseño muy curioso y realmente único con una forma curva que nos ayuda a mantener la hoja en contacto constante con el hueso o la carne. El mango del cuchillo también está diseñado ergonómicamente para proporcionar un agarre cómodo y antideslizante durante el uso. Es un cuchillo diseñado para cortar y romper carne, huesos y cartílagos en cortes grandes, como los de cerdo, res y cordero. El cuchillo mide 20,3 cm y su hoja es un poco más pesada que otros cuchillos, que lo hace ideal para aplicar presión y hacer cortes limpios y precisos. Me ha parecido que es cuchillo muy especializado, y más útil para los carniceros y cocineros que trabajan con cortes grandes de carne y hueso. Pero si a estos profesionales puede ser una herramienta muy útil porque no para su uso en casa, porque como dije antes no creo que haya nada que se le resista a este espectacular cuchillo.
