It is fragrance-free and the versatility of what you can use it for is great. The borax was effective in my pursuit to get rid of ants, it is safe for pets and the value was incredible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ant deterrent *by W***. on June 11, 2026* Bought this to get rid of ants in my garden. Definitely do your research… I tried just plain and learned they don’t like just plain borax. Then I mixed it with powdered sugar and that didn’t work either. They literally ate the sugar off the borax granules. The winner was when I made a homemade simple syrup and mixed the borax in with that. My ants are gone and will (hopefully) stay gone! ## Frequently Bought Together - Birch & Meadow Borax, Unscented, Laundry & Cleaning Additive (1 Pound) - ARM & HAMMER Super Washing Soda Household Cleaner and Laundry Booster, 55 oz Box - Amazon Basics Epsom Salt Soak, Magnesium Sulfate USP, 3 Pound, 1-Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.uy/products/598206258-birch-and-meadow-borax-1-lb](https://www.desertcart.uy/products/598206258-birch-and-meadow-borax-1-lb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Uruguay* *Store origin: UY* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
