Review: Strong CA glue for many materials, but best used within several months - Good all-around CA glue kit that has worked well for wood, plastic, acrylic, stone, and metal in my use so far. The glue bonds quickly and the included activator helps speed things up when needed. I’ve used it on a variety of materials and have had good results across all of them. When applied correctly, it usually dries clear. I did notice that using too much activator can sometimes leave a hazy or cloudy appearance, so lighter application seems to work better for cleaner-looking results. The glue starts out fairly thin and flows well when new, which makes it easy to work into tighter joints or cracks. One thing to keep in mind is shelf life. Over time, even unopened bottles seem to start thickening up gradually. Because of that, I’d recommend buying this if you actually plan to use it within roughly 6 months rather than storing it long-term. Overall, it’s a good value considering the amount included in the kit. I do a lot of 3d printing and bought this glue to assemble some models. The activator works excellent. It basically eliminates any dry time to seconds. The thickness of the glue is a medium.
