But I planted new shrubs on a dry (in the summer) slope and needed something to keep them watered over time, and the rubber/vinyl fill ones empty out in a few hours so aren't good for a week's worth of water. After two weeks, I started to see overall improvement and new growth on the tree 🙌🏻 I like that it stores water from rain to give me a helping hand so that my tree isn't suffering when I'm being lazy or forgetful and that it will hold water from hose waterings longer and only release as needed.
