My dad you use to keep a couple of bottles of this product at all times. I had been wearing a lot of tennis shoes for the past couple of years. For that reason, some of my shoes seem to have tightened up. But also, I had a hard time getting into my regular shoe size. I sprayed a little throughout the shoe. Right after I put on a pair of nylon knee highs and sprayed a little more. I used a shoehorn to slide on my shoes. After a few seconds, I was ready to go. I was able to put on my favorite shoes again and they were comfortable. I am not recommending it; however, I used the shoe stretch on a pair of non-=leather patent leather shoes. So far, no problems. As far as the rate features. I can only say the product came well packaged in a little plastic bag. There were no leaks.
