Simple to trim to size with hacksaw and item sturdy and well made with two rubber seals (will have to check if replacement seals can be purchased in case needed in future). Perfect for my needs for inward opening exterior door and I like that it has a low profile unlike others I looked at (requires just 13mm clearance between bottom of door & floor). Comes with screws and rawlplugs.
