I loved it but was on the fence about what kind of plastic the thing was made of but just kind of ignored it so when I learned about this modern remake I knew I had to have it. I can't tell you how happy I am to have 2 sizes and the lids, I'll be making all my simple batters or initial mixing of dry ingredients in it. I haven't found a modern equivalent to them that has everything from the flared base making it sturdier than a bowl, the measurements, and the handle.
