The charging case is a bit cheap feeling but seems to work fine. I bought these for listening to zoom calls and podcasts. They're a good value for that use case. But for in-ear monitor style listening or live feedback - using an external professional microphone - they're great. These are SO SMALL that they are kinda hard to take out of the charging box. And when these start to slip out of the ear (which is normal), pushing it back in turns them off. In fact... any touch will turn these off.
