It was easy to use and all the controls were intuitive. When I first activated it I needed to pair it to the software on my smartphone and update its firmware which was seamless and easy to do. I found the sensors and sleep tracking were very accurate as long as the watch was strapped tightly to my wrist. If I left the watch even a little bit loose then the data it reported was inaccurate. I haven't had any issues with the durability of the watch, it has held up well to daily use. Overall I would say that for what it costs the watch is an extremely good value. It was able to do exactly what I wanted, which was to track the quality and duration of my, as well as my blood oxygen throughout the night, and it did all of this very well for a fraction of the cost for a device that only tracked my sleep and had none of the other features of the watch that I find rather useful.
