Great product, great price! Accurate, easy to use, good for young and old

Very accurate, we have a daughter who has seizures when temperatures rise rapidly so it’s important for us to be able to accurately check her temperature and make sure she’s ok, this is better than any other thermometer we’ve had before

This worked very well and gave accurate temperature readings using it in the ear. It is easy to use and quick to see the result on the screen. There is a lot of talk about using a fresh cone each time, especially between people for health reasons. That is understandable. I only used it on my wife when she had a period of being very unwell so did not feel It was necessary to keep changing the cone each time and found it still worked well, the reading seeming to be accurate. This is and excellent product that gives accurate quick results when needed. You get different colours depending on how good or bad your temperature is. Red is high and you need to seek help.

I bought this item in December and it worked well for 3 months. It has now died despite trying new batteries so it's going in the bin and I will now have to buy another brand.

Being a healthcare professional myself, I can tell you I have used many thermometers, and I will tell you usually with the electronic thermometers they have to be tested regularly for accuracy, which is why during COVID there were various brands being used at hospital check ins, because they are electronic and they can experience fatigue, shorter battery life, maybe not properly reading out the most accurate. But I tested this one out, and I"m only using it at home with myself and family in the even that someone feels under the weather, and It's reading great! I liked that it came with the ear plastic covers, a big tube of them, and a case to put it in so it doesnt get any creams/oinments or whatever, and still maintain the integrity of the thermometer. I like that it lights up green, and that the instruction manual that comes with hit is pretty clear and concise about reading temperature readings and operating the thermometer toggle buttons. I really like all the accessories it came with, and the storage bag, and it's just something that everyone needs to have in their first aid kit at home. I really have no complaints or concerns or anything problem with this thermometer and I am very happy with my new thermometer.

Accurate temperature and easy to use..

We really love the Braun thermoscan, but wanted an extra in ear thermometer so we could have one up in the bedrooms and one downstairs. This is a great alternative. Its accuracy is relatively similar to the Thermoscan (see photos) and uses the same hygienic filters which is super convenient when you need to purchase more. In some ways it is better in comparison. It is backlit which really helps at night with sick children. It has several additional features like memory, age settings, and room/ambient air mode. One small thing we miss is the storage mount that the thermoscan comes with. It’s convenient to be able to hold the filter caps together with the device. This does come with a velvet bag, which works fine, but isn’t as elegant.

This is a great thermometer! Admittedly, I was skeptical when I picked it up as it felt very light and cheap. However, once I got the batteries installed - grateful they were included! - I played around with the functions. There is an indicator on the bottom to use when taking temps in infants, children, and adults. These are very helpful settings. It took a while, but I was able to follow the directions to reset the time in the upper left corner of the screen. Those directions could use some refining. The display is big, bold, and bright. I like that this thermometer can also detect the temperature of the room and there are clear directions for that. The probe cover ejector is powerful, meaning the cover flew off, so be sure to aim it directly over the trashcan. I like that it came with 20 covers; however, because these are fit to this specific probe, future ones will need to be purchased directly. All-in-all, this is a fantastic device! Very useful and a necessary addition to the medicine cabinet.

Selling defective piece of junk can be dangerous to your health. I don’t recommend anyone to buy this because it’s not accurate and it keeps saying battery is low. I changed the batteries three times. This is garbage, warning buyers do not buy this because it can be dangerous for your life because it don’t work I can’t believe the seller is selling this and putting people lives in danger please people don’t buy this because I can’t get my money back and it doesn’t give a good reason and it conked out on me. This is dangerous product because it doesn’t work. The nerve of the seller to sell is garbage to harm people.
