The lower one, for your bottom teeth, is for some inexplicable reason, smaller and has small cutouts on the top edges, meaning that they don't cover the whole of your visible teeth. WHY? The top ones are fine and if the bottom ones were the same size, these would be pretty good too. I am now on day 8 and can say I can’t really notice any difference. My teeth aren’t terribly discoloured just slightly but I still thought I’d be able to tell some sort of difference. The strips are easy to apply but are a little uncomfortable to wear for the full 30 minutes, but I have persevered with them.
