After breaking a hardhat that I wore for over five years and purchased this one. I wore it for the first time today in the Texas 100 plus heat. This hardhat is by far the most comfortable I've worn and the coolest as well. I actually did not mind having it on. As far as the headlamp straps being upside down as one reviewer wrote, that is not the case. Anyone that is not new at wearing hardhats with lights strapped to them knows light straps tend to move upward due to the shape of the hardhat. Straps do not move down. The hooks on this hat kept my light secure from the point I attached it. If you wear a hardhat daily, as I do, I could not recommend this one more.
