I've been using it for around 2 months now, and it gets the job done. It makes styling my hair pretty straightforward. It's gentle and doesn't tangle. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because (a) it is a little larger than I would like (it would be great if EcoTools made a smaller version!) and (b) it is a bit tricky to clean in between all the bristles.
