Bad taste
I bought these as my normal are out of stock. I use sunbeds so not sure if they make any difference. I can only take them with coffee as they taste horrible and leace horrid taste.

They take time.....let them build up over 2\3 months before you want to wear those summer shorts.
I've used these (🇬🇧) for the last 3 years......I start taking them Match and take for 3 months.....after that the sun is bringing it all out to a deep, bronze glow. I never tanned in the sun before, no matter how often I sunbathed.....I'm so pale......but these, used as a basis are just the best!!!
