The same has installed in my car by the electrician. It's perfect for my car, has all the required features and the UI is appealing. After receiving the JXl player I had to order a seperate frame for the player, which I did from JXl customer care and they provided it within a week's time. The coupler which came along with the frame was not a perfect fit so I got one from the local accessories shop for 1000β‚Ή. When I approached Jxl customer care they were very responsive and extremely helpful. All I had to do is return the coupler to them and they refunded 1000β‚Ή to my account in few days. Very much happy with the over-all service received from JXL customer support and definitely happy with the player.
