Review: I was skeptical... - I love it. I was skeptical when reading reviews about it not connecting. Honestly, you need to install the right backend api for Bluetooth if you're not using a common browser like chrome or Firefox. So it works just fine with my Brave browser and my phone. Just need a little patience. But do be sure to right down your password like I did otherwise you could forget if the thumbprint or auto sign-in resets. I will probably get a second backup just not atm. But I do recommend it since its pretty simple and easy to use after you get it connected. I keep mine usually in a padded area to make sure it doesnt get crushed since either is cheap plastic casing. But I wont give it a down star because of that since its portable, slim, secure and holds 1k passwords/notes with a password generator. So for $50 it was still worth a try for its value unlike some negative reviews saying it didnt work or connect. I do wish they had a 50% discount for second one since its more of a backup if I had a second one. It's a decent on the go and easy to hide device. The appearance is good but I would recommend some sort of additional protective casing. I have never replaced the battery so I do hope nothing goes wrong with that but only time will tell. I might try uploading a video later showing it connecting when if I have time.

**Q: Is it hard to set up?**
A: About 5 minutes and 4 steps (download the app → pair → set your master key → start). One key tip: pair inside the Pocket app — not from your phone's Bluetooth settings page. A QR guide and video tutorial are included.

**Q: What if I forget my master key or lose the device?**
A: The master key can't be recovered by design (that's what keeps it secure), so store it safely. As long as you've set up an encrypted backup, you can restore everything to a new device — so we recommend backing up right after setup.
