These are fab. I am able to properly train the muscles to failure as opposed to my grip / fingers. Bonus that they’re hard-wearing and pretty easy to get on and off. As a female I have small hands and these are really good for when my hook grip strength starts failing after a few heavy reps . Really saves on faffing about with traditional straps.
