I've had them for about a month now. When I first got them there was a very very small gap in the wool near the tip of one of my toes that felt off, but now after wearing them for a while it has evened out and these are the most wonderful pair of slippers I have ever worn.These are far more then slippers that word doesn't seem to be enough. House shoes. The wool fur lining the interior is soft and feels really really nice on bare feet. They are nice and warm without being overbaringly hot. They are also sturdy. The leather is thick. Now I understand the appeal of Uggs. Not only have I been wearing mine in the house but out in the yard and to get mail. I also took a ride the other nice to the 7-11 with em on. Before ordering them I was a bit skeptical, they are expensive slippers. Kept clean they will last forever. There may be one problem to overcome which is getting them on, especially when new; I keep handy a pair of needle nose pliers which I use to grab hold of the leather around the heal to pull the boot on -bingo! I love the option to unfold the top of the slipper to make it a bootie. And Iove the rubber sole because I do wear them outside for short trips to the garbage can and to the front yard. I wear a size 9 and ordered a 10 as recommended. They were a little snug at first, but stretched out and are on the loose side, but hey, they're slippers.
