I was told , by my brother to take 1 slimmies an hr before you eat any fatty and oily meal. The Slimmies absorb almost all the fat and allows it to pass thru the digestive system naturally. like any diet enhancer, you must exercise, eat properly to see any real results. you cant be taking slimmies and eating pizza and burgers and expect a miracle.
