I have never worn padded inserts before, so my review may be skewed by that fact. That being said, the large size seems to fit nicely, the contoured shape adds lift well, if not a naturally full look. They are best in a fitted top, like a bra or bikini. I had hoped these would work for dresses and tops that I cannot wear a bra with, but they really don't seem to provide much lift or support without to structure of a fitted top. They stick well, but aren't terrible to peel off after wearing. I wish they had some sort of case or bag to store them in after wearing.
