The first one got damaged in an accident but because of the hitch along with the spare tire behind it managed to take a 40 mph impact and drive away. Old hitch could’ve been reused but had straightened and I’m sure lost strength l. I can definitely say I’ve pulled plenty with it though such as a pontoon boats, flatbeds with cars, and a seedling trailer. I’ve probably overloaded it a few times. It’s a two person job to install any way you do it and a bottle jack will make install much easier.
