I had swapped out a few and made a custom mount for my truck. All the switches are normal rockers and can be swapped for whatever rocker switch you want. **Q: Why does it illuminate when no ground is attached?** A: Because you are grounding through whatever you are hooked to **Q: Are they fuse protected?** A: They don't come with a fuse. But I power them with an add-a-fuse from the fuse box anyway. **Q: Can the switch covers be swapped out with other covers? (example - Contura V?)** A: As long as they fit the definitions on the plate which most rocker switches do, they can be switched out.
