Fir the money, this thing jams as advertised, which is 28mph out if the box. Today, I got it to 47mph. How? Well, I zip tied the outer governor spring (easy to find on YouTube, use exact words), put a high flow K and N style intake, went from a 12T to 72T ratio (stock), to a 12T to 65T ratio (higher top end on flat surfaces, a bit slower to climb an incline), and put a header to exhaust combo. I also use 15W40 synthetic oil. This thing jams, no sign yet of over working engine, put many hours and many miles on it.
