Mint is gluten free but I don't know all the ingredients of this marinade **Q: What is the expiry on these?** A: I ordered these within the last month and the best before date was end of Aug 2023. **Q: Could this be used as an ingredient in a meal in place of mint leaves?** A: Yes absolutely if this is used as a marinade. It can also just be rubbed on the food before cooking **Q: Can this be halved or even quartered and the rest left for another day.
