This snout balm is gentle, safe and we could see the return of a healthy, shiny black nose within about four applications.We hadn't needed to use it again for a couple of months and then he got his nose a bit sunburnt. Odourless and fairly dense, waxy consistency, needs a bit of working between the fingers to rub in. My bulldogs nose was very dry but using this balm daily has certainly improved how her nose looks and feels. She does lick at it right after its applied, but only momentarily, so it is getting a chance to work.
