What one is it?** A: This is sold with all 4 food groups divided into four crates. It's just like the picture. Maybe they mean that their other food packages are sold separately (like the pizza and the sandwich sets)? **Q: are these plastic?** A: They are made of wood and painted to look like the food group. My grandchildren (ages 2 yrs. and 15 mons.) love to play with them and can easily identify the foods. They love spending time playing with these with their cooking set. I highly recommend them. **Q: Does this item have a prop 65 label?** A: No **Q: Would this toy be safe for a 14 month old?** A: I would try to get more information regarding the paint. The pieces are big, so your 14 month old will not choke on them, but I do not know if the paint has harmful side effects. My daughter was 18 months old when I bought these for her.
