It's display and values for the range of measurements are easy to read. I like that it uses AAA batteries, rather than 9V batteries. The battery compartment is secured with a single screw and is otherwise easily accessible. It also has a "kick stand" that's helpful for positioning the display for easier reading.There are a few items about this model that are also worth mentioning. The symbology for AC vs. DC is hard to distinguish. This is due to the small size of the symbols and my not being familiar with these symbols. Also, the test leads are very pointed and care must be taken to not damage equipment or cause personal injury. Test leads on other multimeters I've used were not as dangerous to use or store.My interaction with Customer Service was excellent. They were highly responsive and helpful.I've had this unit for a couple of months.
