I do not like this one quite as much. It works well for making cold brew. The only thing I do not like is it is slightly smaller rim than the jar rim so it's a bit harder to get out of the jar. (Especially if you, like me live by a fancy coffee place that sells 20 oz cold brew for $8, full of ice… 💸)I use mine every weekend and brew three cups of cold brew for the week. My 10 oz bag of coarse grounds lasts a little more than a month.I used to fumble around with smaller tea strainers and made a mess, trying to strain the grounds several times a week, or several times each batch if I wanted more than one serving. Bummer, cuz I still ended up with lots of grounds at the end. I then tried the cheese cloth option as well… still left a mess squeezing the bag after the brew. So this food grade strainer is amazing!!! No fuss, no mess, I can make it as strong as I like and in larger quantities, and works perfectly with my tall, wide mouth mason jars and lids. Three 1/4 cup scoops, 3 cups of water, and voila!!!
