Review: Excellent product. Well-designed. Will hold up for years of use - These frames are solidly built and easy to install posters and prints into. The plexiglass shield is attached to the frame body which is critical for repeated use. Some other products out there do not have this feature and will fall apart or collapse if you don't handle them just right when inserting a print. The rotating clasps on the back work well for repeated use and are far superior to bendable (and breakable) metal tabs. I have a bunch of movie posters I display in our home theater area and I often swap them out to change the look/feel. These frames put up with all that handling and have served me well for several years now. The packing can be variable. On one shipment I had two of the frames damaged, but as always desertcart came through and made it right.

**Q: What is the actual size of the opening?  I don't want the edges of my 8x10 photo cut off or covered.**
A: The measurements seem to have changed over the years. The ones I got in November 2021 have an actual opening of 7 ½ x 9 ½.

**Q: Is the front actually glass?**
A: Currently the product specs say the FRAME is made of glass. I am guessing the actual frame is plastiv?

**Q: is this frame shiny or matt ?**
A: I have the black ones. They’re matte.

**Q: Are the frame dimensions 5"x7" or is the center 5"x7"?  My photo is 5"x7" and I want to make sure i can fit the photo inside of this frame.**
A: The frame holds a 5x7 photo.

Wow, I am pleasantly surprised with this picture frame! I ordered the 8x10 size in black. It is Miles better than other, more expensive frames I have ordered from other sellers. The frame itself was extremely sturdy, the glass very well made, and my favorite part was that it was so easy to insert the picture. I know with some frames they make it difficult to remove the back part, but this one was incredibly easy. And the fact that I got two frames for the price is actually kind of amazing. I'm not buying any other picture frames going forward. Highly recommend!
