I really like that as well as sea salt, it contains tea tree, rosemary and aloe. These help to soothe and comfort the skin, as well as help cleanse and keep it infection free. It comes in a small spray bottle which not only looks good, it is very easy and convenient to use. It especially means you don't have to wipe the piercing to apply it - even if you try to be very gentle with a cotton bud, it is so easy to damage newly healing skin. The spray on cleanser/soother helps to support healing much better than a wipe on solution. The liquid feels non greasy, and I found it did not sting on small grazes.
