However, it clumps like crazy. I think that if you will do smoothies in a blender, it's OK and the blender will chop the clumps like chopping ice. But if you want to mix in and stir with a spoon, or even put some in a jar with water and shake to mix, then the clumping will be a problem.The taste: It's chocolate flavored. It has a little of the distinctive protein powder taste, but not too bad.The texture: Some whey powders can be gritty. This is not like that. It's smooth. Unfortunately, it clumps like crazy. Stirring with a spoon into a drink is absolutely not going to work. Shaking in a jar sort of works, but it's not great. I would say, at a minimum a third of the powder will be floating in giant clumps. If you do a spoon, nope, nope, nope, all your powder stays at the top dry as can be until you get angry and submerge it, and then it stays as a big floating bubble clump.Product pics has the nutrition info so you can see that. One scoop has 130 calories and does 8 ounces of drink, so pretty much a similar scoop size for a similar drink to about every other protein powder on the market. 4 grams of that scoop is carbs, with 2 grams of those carbs being sugar.Overall, the taste and nutritional info on this seem fine. It clumps too much to stir into drinks with a spoon. If you are making smoothies in a blender, then go for it. I usually mix it with water, I've tried milk and yogurt. The vanilla flavor is way too sweet even mixing it with milk or yogurt does nothing to change the flavor, it will overpower whatever it's mixed with. The chocolate flavor is much better tasting.
