We have these covering all external leading doors to protect my children. The extra twist cap on the end makes them last longer than other designs/brands.People who are unfamiliar or older with osteoporosis have a hard time with these covers. So when grandparents visit we help them outside.Downside is that these are single use. Once they are on a door they stay for a long time. But if you want to take them off (say for a party) they break apart during removal and cannot be reused. So thankful they come in a multipack and with quick delivery.I took a pack of these on vacation with me to help protect my toddler from getting outside of a cabin. I tried coax it a few different ways, but finally I just had to go full strength and pull. I pulled so hard it broke a little plastic on the connecting pieces, but it still works.So ignore the negative reviews, these suckers work, maybe a little too well.
