Thank goodness I read the reviews before. I would usually get a small top and a medium or small bottom depending on the bikini. After reading the reviews, I went with a large, which I was hesitant about because I've never worn a large anything, and it fit perfectly. My advice is to pick a size based on your bottoms which would probably be a size up from your usual bottom size. The top is extremely adjustable and even the large top looks like an exact fit for me, so don't worry about the top not fitting. The suit is good quality, way better than I expected for the price. For reference, I'm 5'6", 128 pounds, and I wear a 32C cup. I am super happy! The bottoms are a little cheeky, nothing too crazy but I would still consider it a little revealing. I'm 5'9, usually a small in tops and a medium in bottoms, and because of the comments I bought a large. It fits really well, the top may be a bit large but it's pretty adjustable, so it's not noticeable. The bottoms fit just like a medium and are "cheeky" so if you don't want to show butt, you probably shouldn't buy this.
