Perfect for the Home Office User
This is the first headset I have been able to find that fully supports Microsoft Teams. I can move around the house and mute/unmute the mic while in a Teams meeting. For example I can go get a cup of coffee and unmute the mic to speak when away from my desk/laptop. Microsoft ear buds don't support this! The Jabra 65e also seamlessly supports all the other audio features such as volume +/-. The battery life is good and it seamlessly connects/disconnects from my Windows PC when I turn the headset on/off. I'm 100% satisfied with this headset. I have finally been unchained from my desk!!!

Good headset for the price point
I purchased the Jabra Evolve 65e Wireless Neckband Headset to use for work. I'm on multiple Microsoft Teams calls per day and needed something that was comfortable and had good call quality and connectivity. Connects with Teams on my desktop and cell phone (Samsung) with ease! Battery life is good, no issues with playing music and being on calls for 8-9 solid hours. I do charge it every night, but I think they would easily hold out for 3-4 days of just using them for calls. Build quality is good, nothing special but solid. They fold up easily to store/transport in the pouch, which also has a nice little slot for the usb. Fit and comfort is good - I have no issue wearing them for multiple hours at a time. I don't love headsets that go over the head so these were a great purchase. The only thing I would like to see improved is the noise cancelling feature - which is only so-so on this headset.

tl;dr: amazing headset for people who need it to make phone calls!
tl;dr: amazing headset for people who need it to make phone calls!I have it for about 2-3 weeks.I'm using the headset mostly for making business calls (hours a day) when I'm in coffee shops, and there's some noise around me, and for some music (although music it's not the main reason I purchased this headset.)People hear me very well, compared to any other headset that I've checked. There is NO replacement to the "external" microphone/boom. Most, if not all the TWS are doing a horrible job with the microphone.I had the Plantronics 5200 and the Anker liberty air 2.The Evolve 65e is doing a much better job compared to the above. The only advantage on the liberty air 2 is that the sounds quality (of the headphones, not the mic) might be a bit better than the Jabra, but not dramatically. The Jabra has good headphones, and it plays music very well, including high-quality bass. After years with different brands, I'm switching to Jabra, at least for business call headsets!

Didn't work as expected
I was very happy of finally getting this headset, as this is a very good brand, and I was looking for something that didn't mess up my hair. The worst parts of it, was the battery duration... even when it says it lasts for some hours, it doesn't. Even turning it off when I was not in meetings, I needed to charge it on a daily basis, which was annoying, as the battery didn't even last half of the time it was supposed to... I work 9 hours daily, and was not using the headset the entire time...Something else, is the connectivity... when you pair it with your laptop and your cellphone, it is not that easy to switch from one to the other... sometimes I even needed to turn it off and back on.So, even when I didn't want to, I returned them... I was very upset of paying such quantity for a headset that was not giving me what was promised.

Great wireless headset for remote work
These are made for all day comfort. I've been using them regularly and seem to get a full day use out of them which includes listening to music and using for video conferencing and phone calls. They have a great feature that allows them to connect to both the included usb bluetooth (Link 370) and a phone at the same time. It connects easily to both apple and android phones. The sound quality has been great, I have not had any complaints about not being able to hear me and I can easily hear everyone during a conversation. I like the magnetic buds, it helps them from swinging around when I do not have them in my ear. Maybe my only complaint would be the micro usb connection for charging. Most of my products have gone to usb-c and this just seems obvious, its just another charger that would need to be carried around.

Meh!
I work in networking, so the ability walk, talk with active noise cancellation, and complete task simultaneously in a noisy server room is necessity. I originally had the stellar Jabra 75e for the past 6 years, which should be the reference for professionals. The difference between the Jabra 75e vs 65e is rather immense:-SOUND QUALITY - 75e were crisp, clear really enjoyed using outdoors for walking, hiking, and calls. 65e were just meh especially at this price point. I sounded like I just picked up a Bluetooth headset from Marshall's checkout rack.-BATTERY LIFE -So far both adequately lasted for an entire work day-ANC - 75e could use in car to hear no road noise to the point I drive with one earbud in one out , at work I would never hear the servers. With the 65e I still hear some of the server noise in car I definitely hear road noise-MICROPHONE - Here is the major difference. On the 75e, people could always clearly hear me with almost no background noise, even in a Server room. On the 65e, I find myself consistently having to rotate or move the wire with the microphone into an optimal position. People on the call will state, "You sound far away." or "I can barely hear you." Which will force me to stop what I am doing to readjust microphone to the optimal position.Honestly, Jabra should just stop making the 65e and just mass produce the 75e at a lower price point.
