I bought this camera. This is perfect and I really liked it. Also, good coverage and screen quality you can close the screen aswell.It is connected with my reverse gear so you don't see it all the time on the screen it works only for the back parking when you need it.For the night time there are 4 mini lights on camera for night vision it works perfect on my car. I absolutely loved it. Good price for the camera.Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this more for the screen than the camera, as screen has a good build quality, springs nicely up and latches closed just as nicely, and the colours/image is great.Not getting it for the camera component I was happy to disassemble this and offer some experiences I discovered.The camera lense itself is nice, the white LEDs do get quite warm at 26°C after 30secs but don't whiteout the screen even at 10cm distance.The camera unit itself, whilst encased internally with a soft gel like moisture proofing and anti-shake protection, I don't feel confident in using the camera outside as it isn't a sealed unit as the cable glad isn't sealed at all. Inside a vehicle fine, but not outside in the elements. The lens itself also isn't sealed from the outside.My main concern however is the temperature at the plastic black joint on the camera cable where the camera cable splits to the AV and PWR cables, as inside that joint is a 3.3v voltage regulator and a small circuit board with SMD components, all encased in that plastic, which alone gets very warm, and even when cut open and removed from the plastic, that joint reaches over 70°C in use using thermal imaging tested in a room whose temperature was 18°C. This likely exceeds the die threshold of the 12v to 3.3v regulator, and in any case will undoubtedly shorten the life of the components due to the known effect of thermal cycling and no way to keep the components cool.The reason this 12v to 3.3v regulator is used is because the camera itself uses a 3.3v circuit. The LEDs however require a 12v supply.The screen alone when dark uses 25mAWhen attached to the camera displaying a normal outdoor image with the supplied 4xLED camera, it's up to 220mA.Remove the LEDs and it drops to 165mA, but that little circuit is still over 70°C when open to air, it'll likely be a lot hotter when encased in the plastic even though the holes in the plastic do reach into the surface of the circuit board they do little to allow heat to be removed.

Fitted this to a 7.5t horsebox approx 30ft in length. Also purchased the Amazon supplied Multibao 2.4Ghz Wireless RCA Video Transmitter Receiver Parking Kit so that the cable provided with the camera kit didn’t have to be run along the length of the horsebox. Installed 24v to 12v converter. Followed the simple easy to use instructions, mounted the camera and connected to reversing indicator light. The quality and clarity is second to none. With distance indicator also shown on screen it makes reversing extremely easy. No problem with any loss of signal from the wireless kit. Recommended

Cheap and works however restricted where can mount the display as needs flat surface and if using cigarette lighter cable as its to short.

Within a month of fitting it to my car it broke, initially I thought it was a loose connection but I checked it out all everything seemed good. It just doesn't work at all

I've purchased two of these now, one time I used the supplied camera, the other time I hooked it up to a bespoke light fixture camera specific to the car model...easy to do thanks to the universal fittings.Take 1-2 hours to install neatly, but well worth it.
