My same review for second couch:To be clear, I do not write reviews unless I have had a great experience or a poor enough experience to inform others to stay away. In the 15 plus years of using Amazon, I have written no more than five reviews and today I will be writing about Belffin. For those who do not want to read my experience further, I will immediately state that if you are on the fence about working with this company, then have no fear, as Belffin’s customer support, professionalism, efficiency of solving problems, and ensuring that their customers are treated better than any other entity is second to none. Never have I interacted with a company with such remarkable customer support. Read on for my full experience review.As a recently retired active duty servicemember, I always felt that my integrity and trustworthiness was unmatched. I was proven wrong by Belffin when my family and I were not able to keep the couches that they sent to us. Full Disclosure: I chose to buy Belffin couches unseen, and only trusting the reviews that I read regarding the modular couches we wanted. When one of the couches arrived, we opened it and set it up, which was so simple to construct that we were surprised as to how fast assembly went. Unfortunately, when my son and I sat on it, the back of the couch was too low for us. My son is a swimmer and is six feet and two inches tall and I am a bit taller and we were not able to lean back while sitting down, comfortably. When we both tried to lay down on the couch, our shoulders hung over the edge. My wife and daughter absolutely loved the couches and wanted to keep them, but they understood that my son and I would not fit on them and would not be practical for our family. This was in no way Belffin’s fault as their website absolutely and correctly informs their customers of the exact sizes of all their products. This was completely my fault at purchasing them and I am fully to blame for these couches not working out with us. When I requested a return and refund, Belffin was duly concerned at the quality of their product and very concerned with my “dissatisfaction”. After some initial questions and assuredness that they did not cause me to be unhappy with their service, they instantaneously starting to work the situation for me. They obtained the return shipping labels for me, emailed them to me and I attached them to all the boxes that I desired to return. This was at great expense to Belffin. During this entire time, they constantly kept apologizing for the “inconvenience” of me having to deal with returning the items. I was stunned at this as most other companies would display a form of disgust with these types of situations. This was NOT the case with Belffin. Additionally, Belffin requested that I inform them when I completed the shipping return of the items so that they could track the progress. The moment that I sent them all the tracking numbers, they reimbursed me immediately for every single penny that I had already paid, without even ensuring that I returned the items in question. They trusted me to send the correct items back without even verifying them and reimbursed me. I have never heard of this or experienced this type of trust with any company in my life. When this occurred, I literally sat at my desk for a few minutes realizing that Belffin did not care about the money for an instant and I realized that at no time during this process did I even care about or ever feel like I was never going to be reimbursed. That feeling made me question my belief that no one person or thing could be more honest and truthful with as much integrity as myself. I truly believed that nothing could match my integrity until I experienced this situation with Belffin. I am here to say that Belffin is an amazing company and that whatever system they have for training their employees for customer support and being fair and honest is the exact process that every single company should emulate.Lastly, I did not write this review as a favor to anyone, especially Belffin. However, my experience was such a pleasure that I felt a strong desire to share how amazing this company is to those of you that may have any trepidation working with this organization, and I want to ensure you that my experience was outstanding.

This is a fantastic couch the material is soft and comfy the storage is amazing and the different formations makes it look like you have a new couch each time you change it up. The cost was very economical. Customer service was on point and I recommend this product and the company.

Overall, I love the couch. Lets start with the cons though:-off-gassing: I knew that with any brand new furniture there would be some amount of offgassing, but I wasn't expecting it to be to the degree of triggering an asthma attack, and for me to have to wear my N95 to sleep. I live in a studio apartment, so getting far away from it is a little impossible. My asthma is usually really well managed, and before this I hadn't had an asthma attack in at least 6 months, so it's not like my lungs are *that* overly sensitive. By day three I only notice it if I'm sitting on the couch, but the fact that it made my entire apartment hard to breathe in for 2 days was really not great.- "cheap" feeling: I will be honest, out of the box it does feel very cheap. I knew the legs were plastic, not wood, but I had thought they'd be a hefty, nice quality plastic at least, but that's not the case. Additionally, all the lining of the inside and bottom is a really cheap platic-y material- very similar to the stuff it was wrapped in in the box. However, all put together it's not so bad. If you're more of a big picture person than a detail oriented person it won't bother you in the slightest.Pros:- Comfy! I prefer a firmer couch, and it is firm, but nicely padded. I didn't think I cared that the arms fold down to 45degree angles, but it's actually quite comfy to lean against them like that, and I've been apreciating it. The seats are a nice depth too.-Color: the color is exactly what I was expecting and I love it!- Not too tricky to put together. It's not quite as easy as an instagram ad would have you believe, it took me almost an hour (by myself) but it was super straight forward and easy. Came with a nice screwdriver with a magnetic head, which was so helpful!!- More specific to my needs, but it's also the perfect size! Easily fits two people but also doesn't take up too much space in my tiny little studio. Eventually I plan to buy the ottoman too.- Fast Shipping: it arrived several days early, which was great!

I have been couch browsing for a few months. I kept coming back to Belffin and finally just pulled the trigger. I ordered on a Sat and they were delivered by Tuesday! The couch came in 5.5 packages, weighing b/w 30-55lbs each. They were easy to move into the house and I put it together alone. It took me about 1.5 hours to put together but that’s b/c cats and kids kept getting the way. Lol I bought the blue and it has a deeper royal blue color to it than some of these pictures show (the room it’s in has a lot of natural light). There are extra pieces and I now have three extra flat heads. Note: use a phillips.Will update in the future if needed but very satisfied!

I have always wanted the very expensive brand of this couch, but unwilling to pay ridiculous money for the name alone. I am so in love woth this set. Everyone that comes over comments on how beautiful and comfortable it is. There is so much storage that it has been amazing for organization and this set has held up well. The customer service was also amazing. I intend to expand on this set.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t be more thrilled with our purchase. We bought many pieces to complete out dream couch and we were not disappointed. Easy to assemble and best of all the customer service was top notch.

This couch is great for the price, I am so pleasantly surprised. The material is soft and a beautiful color. It was fairly easy to put together. The boxes made it easy to fit into our apartment. It’s comfortable. Overall, I am so happy with it!
