Mine was defective unfortunately but I had excellent customer service from the company. They have been wonderful in sorting my issue out so I have given top stars due to their resolution. I'm sure if mine would have worked and not had a fault I would have given this item full stars as many other's who have bought this item have not had problems. It is compact and looks modern. I would highly recommend giving this item a try as if there are any problems they are dealt with quickly and effiiciently. Very happy with the result.

Purchased to charge 'C' type batteries (purchased Powerowl at same tije) in February 2023.Used today 26 March to charge 8 AAA batteries. Found that spring is weak. 6 of the 8 still red, therefore not charged.. Now missed return item date by 18 days!Not as good as other charger purchased in last few months which managed to charge the remaining 6 batteries without any issues.Very disappointed.
